The Sanger-Cambridge PhD Symposium (SCAMPS) is an annual symposium in Cambridge that brings together the students in the many institutes and departments within the Graduate School of Life Sciences. SCAMPS will be held at the Wellcome Trust Conference Centre in Hinxton on April 15th, 2008.
SCAMPS is an excellent opportunity for all life sciences PhD students to present their research to an audience of their peers and world renowned keynote speakers, learn more about research taking place elsewhere in Cambridge and form greater links and collaborations within the community, all whilst in the pleasant surrounds of the Wellcome Trust Genome Campus.
The meeting consists of three academic sessions and one focused on careers. Each academic session will open with a keynote talk. There will be two prizes for the best posters as chosen by a ballot from all SCAMPS participants.
